Alison is an extremely compassionate and outgoing acupuncturist who practices with dedication. Alison was born in Surrey, England and moved to north Texas as a child where she excelled in a rigorous ballet-training program. It was actually at a world-renowned professional ballet school in Berlin, Germany that Alison was first introduced to homeopathic medicine and alternative healing modalities. Alison’s own healing path and belief in alternative medicine eventually led her to a homeopathic doctor in Canada who furthered her interest in alternative medicine with his empathic style and whole-body healing process.
Alison then attended the University of North Texas where she earned her degree in Psychology before moving south to Austin. She then completed the four-year program at the highly acclaimed Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin and was approved by the Texas Board of Medical Examiners in 2007.
As a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Alison became increasingly interested in helping women attain reproductive health through fertility acupuncture. She is excited to be a part of TCRA and continuously enjoys seeing success stories unfold first-hand.
